The role of the cadastre in applications of the proprieties lows

In Romania, the type of proprieties where very different in time. Begining with 1864, until 1947, all the leaders of Romania tried to appropriate land for the poor people. In 1962 is finished the cooperativisation of the proprieties. All the farmers work together for the socialist country. After 1990, the new leaders return the lend to old owners. The law 18/1991 was the first. After this other laws of return proprieties came. For realize this is need to measure the land, to compare the surfaces. If the general cadastre will be realized, all the problems generated by the proprieties laws where resolved.
